Deutz Champagne named Official Champagne

We are proud to announce Champagne Deutz as an Official Partner. Founded in 1838 in Aÿ by William Deutz och Pierre-Hubert Geldermann and part of the family owned house of Louis Roederer since 1993, Champagne Deutz represents the pinnacle of French winemaking tradition.

With a commitment to elegance, precision, and craftsmanship, Deutz stands out as one of the most respected Champagne houses of the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. The house’s signature style—marked by harmony, complexity, and refinement—is a natural fit for the discerning ambience of the Marstrand regatta.

“Deutz’s rich heritage aligns beautifully with the values of the 12 Metre Class,” said Christoffer Meyer of organizing club GSK. “Both stand for exceptional quality, timeless elegance, and an unwavering respect for tradition. We are thrilled to welcome Deutz aboard as our official celebratory Champagne.”

As part of the partnership, guests and competitors at Marstrand will enjoy Deutz champagne on selected restaurants throughout the regatta weekend.

This alignment underscores the synergy between historic yacht racing and world-class Champagne. Just as 12 Metre yachts evoke heritage, craftsmanship, and performance, Deutz delivers the same values in every bottle—making this a partnership of pure elegance and shared legacy.
